Property Access and Showings

  • This unit is for sale and requires showings from time to time. We appreciate your cooperation.
  • Realtors are required to give us a 24 hours' notice prior to showing, and they need your approval to enter.
  • Showings should be around 15 minutes long and there is no need for you to clean.
  • You may choose to be present or leave the home; your preference.

House Rules and Policies

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No pets allowed. The Colony Club enforces a strict No Pets Policy.

Fees and Payments

  • Parking Passes are required and must be purchased at the Club House located at the Hwy 59 Entrance for $25 each (limit 2). This pass will be for your entire stay, not daily.

Cleaning and Linens

  • All linens are washed and bleached before every new guest's arrival. This includes all bath towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, sheets, blankets, pillowcases, and dish towels each time.
  • Gold Star uses commercial washing machines and dryers with EPA and environmentally safe detergents and bleach for sanitation.
  • Gold Star keeps soiled linens separate to ensure no cross-contamination.
  • All units are professionally cleaned by full-time staff. Cleaners do not use third-party cleaning companies and are assigned to clean specific properties.
  • Linens are processed using high-heat commercial equipment, and each unit is inspected after cleaning.
  • Guests damaging or permanently staining linens during their stay will be charged for replacement at the current retail price.

Parking Information

  • Parking Passes are required and must be purchased at the Club House located at the Hwy 59 Entrance for $25 each (limit 2). This pass will be for your entire stay.
