  • Realtors are required to give 24 hours' notice prior to showing, and they need your approval to enter. Showings should be around 15 minutes long, and there is no need for you to clean. You may choose to be present or leave the home.

Property Access

  • Parking Passes are required and must be purchased at the Club House located at the Hwy 59 Entrance for $25 each (limit 2). This pass is valid for your entire stay, not daily.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Professional cleaning by Gold Star's full-time professional cleaning staff utilizing Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before each new guest's arrival.
  • Gold Star follows specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers, EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for linen sanitation. All linens are washed and bleached every time for the highest sanitation requirements. There are procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to prevent cross-contamination.

Other Critical Details

  • In an effort to continue to offer guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, guests are requested to refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains.
  • All linens are washed and bleached before every new guest's arrival, including every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel.
  • Gold Star's professional inspectors evaluate the unit after cleaning to ensure that each condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.
  • This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February. Monthly reservations are only directly booked.
